Check out books and DVDs with your University ID. Popular titles are available as well as scholarly resources for classes. Books and DVDs can be picked up at the Reading CollegeTowne and Pottsville campuses by request.

Don't have a laptop & don't want to use one of the library's desktops? The library has loaner laptops available for 4-hour checkouts.
Librarians are at the library to help you with your research needs! Email, chat, virtual and in person reference help is available at the Franco Library or online.
Can't find a book or article that you need? We will get it for you at no cost and no hassle. Simply contact our Interlibrary Loan staff with your citation or fill out our Interlibrary Loan form.

We have copying, printing, scanning, and faxing enabled through your Alvernia ID card.
Students have printing money pre-loaded to their accounts and pay $0.05/page for black and white, or $0.12/page for color.
