Information Literacy Sessions
With the vast array of growing information each year, it has become vital that students develop comprehensive information literacy skills in order to become lifelong learners. This is where librarians can aid you in educating Alvernia's students.
Contact the Reference and Instruction Librarian to schedule a class.
Books, articles, & DVDs can be placed on reserve for student use in the library. Faculty should complete a Reserve Materials Form for each item.
Create a list of electronic reserve items for students within your Blackboard course page.

Check out books, CDs, and DVDs with your Student ID. Popular titles are available as well as scholarly resources for classes. If there is a title you'd like to use for class, consult your liaison librarian in order to obtain a copy for the library's collection.
