Purchase Request

Faculty involvement in building a library collection that will support the curriculum is welcome. Instructors have the opportunity to enhance the library collection by working with their library liaison to make purchase suggestions.

A portion of the library materials budget is allocated to each academic department. To request a library purchase, contact your liaison librarian directly or complete the Library Purchase Request Form and submit it to your department head for approval. The form should then be forwarded to the appropriate library liaison. You will be notified when your purchase has been received.
